Discord doesn't seem like a money-making venture at all.

Make it clear that you dont care what stance was taken, just that you would like the company to remain non political

But they got $50M in investments.

According to everything I've read Discord's revenue is meager.

Yeah, they haven't monetized it yet. Their goal is to become basically an essential utility for the games industry **then** monetize.

So basically Discord is burning up capital like a '90s-era dotcom.

back in my WoW days it was ventrillo, I believe, then there was teamspeak, a few other things, now there's discord. None of them were ever "essential". What is essential is the ability to communicate.

not to mention there is a get-woke-go-broke sjw army that gets those not woke deplatformed from payment processors
