There just isn't a combination of thoughts/things I've been able to do to snap out of it immediately. I think generally improving our own lives can make it more managable, but I don't think it's a thing that can be cured. I would compare it to getting high and then not wanting to be anymore.

went out for some snowboarding today, feels great, I didn't get to buy a kebab but the the lift tickets there are cheap af, so I might drop by again tomorrow afternoon

I've wanted to try snowboarding, but I only skiid when I was younger.

it shouldn't be too hard if you know how to skii, I'm trying skiing next year too

this is also a great way for me to not just be in front of my computer all day

I think finding an enjoyable way of exercising is important and that's what I'm going to need to do to get fit again. Paintball has some popularity where I live now so I'm still thinking about getting into it again. Also considering martial arts/HEMA. I got some militia stuff which is neat too.

I'm picking up downhill mountain biking again and I'm gathering gear for airsoft during the summer

might go back to touring as well, need to beat my record for long rides

there's a fairly large amount of mountains in my area that switch between ski resorts in winter and downhill mtb resort in summer, so they shouldn't be as bad, there's lots of nice people to teach beginners too, although I'm hardly one
