I think there are clear things that are undoubtably yeetable (see pedophilia) and that acts of sex should not be public. But when we talk about whats harmful. If something is so consuming you that it has a direct impact on your life and you are no longer able to function in society, like if all of your work and relationships are harmed by it I would say its bad

I'm just always cautious about having a metric for something being good or bad being the subjective opinion of others (insofar as relationships go).
