But when we talk about whats harmful. If something is so consuming you that it has a direct impact on your life and you are no longer able to function in society, like if all of your work and relationships are harmed by it I would say its bad

The guns for example. If youre at the range every week, and spending so much on guns, ammo, ect, you are going into debt or dont have time for meaningful relationships, then thats when it becomes an addiction

I'm just always cautious about having a metric for something being good or bad being the subjective opinion of others (insofar as relationships go). People in the middle east think stoning a raped woman is an honorable killing. Again an extreme example but I think we have to be as objective as possible.

Well that goes against my third point. That action directly causes harm to a person. Now what caused her to be stoned? Diddling a kid? Acceptable, she caused harm to another. Showing a bit of hair or ankle? Unacceptable, no real harm was caused
