Apparently it was about a shooting in Pensacola that they were asking him about, but everything that I said was apparently he wasn’t under arrest so I don’t know how they have the authority to go in and take him out of the house without an arrest warrant

So what crime if any was being committed? If they know he barricaded himself they were either trying to serve a warrant or just tried barging in anyway against his wishes

They came to talk to him about the open investigation and he retreated into the house

I’m pretty sure it’s not constitutional but that doesn’t ever stop them anyway

I don't think they probably dealt with that often except in exceptional uncommon instances. If it becomes common in regards to firearms and LEOs it could lead to a reduction in enforcement action.

I'd put them in that upper tier of where they arent full custom expensive, but arent so cheap they they're display pieces or break after some use. But I did go with the ka-bar bk7.
