It may take a few days to detox, but its faster when you are hydrated. Get some multivitamins and stuff to help.

What’s 223 wylde
And can you shoot 556 223 from it
Allegedly
I'm pretty sure it's a chamber that is safe for both 556 and 223. (Someone else chime in on this)
Yeah I think that's correct based on what I started reading https://www.ammunitiontogo.com/lodge/what-is-223-wylde/
@One Shot Paddy a 223 Wilde chamber can shoot both 556 and 223
The .223 Wylde is an optimized chamber design to shoot both .223 Remington and 5.56 NATO accurately. I am slightly concerned that you guys don't already know that though..
I had an idea, but I have only been interested in shooting 556 and I knew I could fall back to 223 if necessary.
Truthfully though I've only heard of the term with bolt action rifles, I never associated it with the AR platform.
Reflecting on that now maybe that could have been a bit of a clue.
.223 out of an actual .223 chambered rifle is more accurate. .223 and 5.56 have different pressures, so 5.56 can function reliably with both but not vice versa. .223 Wylde is basically an optimized middle ground, where perhaps it will never be perfectly accurate with either one (my rifles have all been .223 wylde for the past 8 years and I've gotten .43-.67" 10 round groups at 100 yards using nice ammo) so in my opinion it is always the best way to go with virtually no drawbacks
I'm making it sound more complicated than it is, just buy .223 wylde and it will work great with everything end of story
