Far right tends to be seen as bloated free market capitalism with strict rules for people

Far left is bloated government with no rules except they restrict free speech

Sweden's "far right" are social democrats

I think the distinction is regional and completely subjective, especially if you account for media bias

"Far right" just means "bad guys", and you only have to disagree with one or two progressive orthodoxies to fall into that category
