I can't believe I'm about to use a moral relativist's argument here, but here we go: utilitarianism is perfectly viable as a form of morality in most cases. Using logic you can conclude that killing someone would be bad, stealing from someone would be bad, and many of the other in the "big ten" even without referencing religion. To say that the christian worldview isn't pervasive and deeply rooted in our society would be a lie, but to say that it's the only reason we have the system we do would also be false
