there is something to discuss the problem of women who abuse men, then when the men defend themselves call domestic violence. there is also the problems of the crazies who hurt themselves to get their partner arrested. Not sure how the laws are if that is easy to change in law over there.

If i had to compare the two, I would say the first is more accurate.

For the briggs test. Imagine a 4 dimensional box where each dimension is represented by each of the 4 categories it tests for. The quality of the briggs test is then dependant on how close to orthogonal each of the measured dimensions are. As the more orthogonal they are the wider of a spectrum of personality types can be mapped into it. In practical sense we measure orthogonality by looking in which ways each of the measures overlap and/or correlate. If you wish to attacl the value of this test then. You must start not by an appeal to authority but by showing how various measures are related.
