I was 140 lbs at 5'11 when I was a runner at age 18. That lasted til I started drinking two years ago every day, which brought me to maybe 180 lbs

When you have more muscle mass on your metabolism get faster
and try and use less fatty ingredients

Nah I was an alcoholic for most of my early 20s. Life is fucking rough man. might as well enjoy it for a few hours
I stopped smoking weed because it gave me anxiety
beer actually doesnt make you fatter
Alcohol makes you fat because it increases fats around your organs to protect them because your body thinks they're being attacked
So it's just around your gut
It also makes me forget how much i wanna die
