6 foot here, 70kg at my best, 55kg at my worst, goal is about 85-90
and when i get to that muscle then i'll know to try and keep a semi-balanced diet

I was 140 lbs at 5'11 when I was a runner at age 18. That lasted til I started drinking two years ago every day, which brought me to maybe 180 lbs

i wish i could cook then i could take more initiative to make what i want
