Cola.
Drink less soda and drink more mineral water
just drink water and orange juice
Eat less SNACCS
And replace your SNACCS with wholesome and healthy alternatives
My girl would be sad
If i found an alternative
I drinked 1.5 liter of cola today lmao
She'd feel replaced.
I no longer eat potato chips. I eat roasted apple chips.
I never eat chips tho
I drink 2l of water pretty much every day
Drinking water is important
I rarely drink water
Moderation is key when it comes to food and drinks.
You cant get fit if you dont stay hydrated
A glass of cola is fine
But a whole bottle isn't.
I will tell you some good advice I learned from a Dietist and Personal Trainer
.
I realy wanna go the gym and get big and lift heavy
If 80% of all food you consume is healthy, your body can handle the rest without putting on weight.
Live by that rule
80% healthy
20% whatever
Also, don't go on a diet, please.
I get it that they're still bad overall , and better to avoid them if you can
But yeah
Maybd 85/15
Do not diet. Change your lifestyle instead.
You'll diet for a month, you'll look fine, then you'll go back to old eating habits, and you'll gain weight again
Instead of 80/20
Get a health plan, and stick to the plan, like Ape said
