If you stress your muscles too much, they just break down
And besides that, there's the fact that it won't matter how much effort you put into the exercise part of the training, but do not fix the food and sleep part of the training
Getting that big requires effort in ALL aspects of life
You can't get stressed because even stress can impact the growth of muscles
I get 5 hours sleep
