@Misomania The problem with identity politics is that you can keep fracturing groups of people into smaller and smaller groups based upon their subtle differences until you eventually arrive at a group of ONE. The individual. And that is what Western culture figured out hundreds of years ago. That is why in the West the individual is sovereign.

Anyway, I've come to realize that a lot of the reason Norway has done so well, except for the oil ofc, is that we've been damn good in designing systems that work. A pragmatic attitude and putting workable solutions above ideology
