that's not true.

2019-02-10 00:11:45 UTC

You could murder someone and still have their consent.

2019-02-10 00:11:58 UTC

that's not the definition of murder? that's assisted suicide?

2019-02-10 00:13:54 UTC

Assist someone with suicide, watch as you get found guilty of murder.

2019-02-10 00:15:28 UTC

murder

n.
The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice.
n.
Slang Something that is very uncomfortable, difficult, or hazardous: The rush hour traffic is murder.
n.
A flock of crows. See Synonyms at flock1.

2019-02-10 00:15:33 UTC

yes, because the judiciary system doesn't care about definitions anymore, they care about looking good, so the murder/manslaughter/AS charges are divvied out so that they don't look excessive

2019-02-10 00:15:56 UTC

Murder is a matter of law, in this context.

2019-02-10 00:17:24 UTC

yes, and murder is the intentional killing of another human being without their consent

2019-02-10 00:17:46 UTC

Where do you see that?

2019-02-10 00:17:57 UTC

is @Paradox being *that guy* again?

2019-02-10 00:18:07 UTC

face, you're wrong.

2019-02-10 00:18:08 UTC

What dictionary are you using?

2019-02-10 00:19:18 UTC

K, I just did Ctrl+F and found no "Consent". Where are you seeing that?

2019-02-10 00:20:27 UTC

it says that it is done with intent, malice aforethought. Malice means that it's not a consensual event, it is regardless of the wishes of the other person, as opposed to an assisted suicide in which case the death was consented to and accepted

2019-02-10 00:21:05 UTC

so @Paradox **is** being *that guy* ...

2019-02-10 00:21:11 UTC

yes, he is

2019-02-10 00:21:15 UTC

@Paradox it's like the entrapment laws.

2019-02-10 00:21:26 UTC

@Paradox stop being *that guy*

2019-02-10 00:21:42 UTC

Innocent People have been tossed in prison for a scumbag drug addict to get paid by the dea

2019-02-10 00:21:50 UTC

Ofc they just lie to get paid 40,000usd

2019-02-10 00:22:18 UTC

That's why our legal system is beyond broken

2019-02-10 00:22:19 UTC
2019-02-10 00:22:54 UTC

And paradox is right but no in all regions

2019-02-10 00:23:03 UTC

define malice

2019-02-10 00:23:11 UTC

consent*

2019-02-10 00:23:17 UTC

Some legalized that already

2019-02-10 00:23:41 UTC

I just defined malice aforethought...

2019-02-10 00:23:45 UTC

It's still highly contested like abortion and freedom of speech

2019-02-10 00:24:08 UTC

No. Murder is a matter of law.

2019-02-10 00:24:15 UTC

God forbid we have freedom of speech. . shit will be the worst thing ever apparently cuz muh hate speech

2019-02-10 00:24:22 UTC

Literally by definition

2019-02-10 00:24:35 UTC

Killing someone who wants to die isn't murder. It's a service.

2019-02-10 00:24:48 UTC

Now, you want to use another definition, that's fine, but that's also a bit silly.

2019-02-10 00:25:16 UTC

Not really. Legal definitions change

2019-02-10 00:25:24 UTC

Great, so you have a source?

2019-02-10 00:25:33 UTC

It wasn't just you making it up.

2019-02-10 00:25:40 UTC

Before dec 2017 crypto wasn't defined. After it was.

2019-02-10 00:25:42 UTC

I got my twatter account disabled for telling a guy saying "orange man bad" to cut the cocaine because he looked nearly 50 when his bio says he's 23

2019-02-10 00:26:21 UTC

And your source that says Murder isn't a matter of law IS?

2019-02-10 00:26:34 UTC

because for something to be done "with consent" at least implies very heavily that it is not done with malicious intent. if something is done maliciously it won't matter if the other person wants it or not, and is HIGHLY unlikely to have consent given in any capacity. there is a fringe case of a person actively and with malice attempting to kill someone and during the event the person agreeing to it, but that's irrelevant to the choice of the killer at that point
