but to adress your point Paradox, yeah yet its subjective
even morality murder is subjective
no it's not
murder is always killing someone without their consent
it's almost as bad as rape
that's not true.
You could murder someone and still have their consent.
Assist someone with suicide, watch as you get found guilty of murder.
murder
n.
The unlawful killing of one human by another, especially with premeditated malice.
n.
Slang Something that is very uncomfortable, difficult, or hazardous: The rush hour traffic is murder.
n.
A flock of crows. See Synonyms at flock1.
yes, because the judiciary system doesn't care about definitions anymore, they care about looking good, so the murder/manslaughter/AS charges are divvied out so that they don't look excessive
Murder is a matter of law, in this context.
yes, and murder is the intentional killing of another human being without their consent
Where do you see that?
is @Paradox being *that guy* again?
face, you're wrong.
What dictionary are you using?
K, I just did Ctrl+F and found no "Consent". Where are you seeing that?
it says that it is done with intent, malice aforethought. Malice means that it's not a consensual event, it is regardless of the wishes of the other person, as opposed to an assisted suicide in which case the death was consented to and accepted
so @Paradox **is** being *that guy* ...
yes, he is
@Paradox it's like the entrapment laws.
@Paradox stop being *that guy*
Innocent People have been tossed in prison for a scumbag drug addict to get paid by the dea
Ofc they just lie to get paid 40,000usd
That's why our legal system is beyond broken
https://dictionary.law.com/Default.aspx?selected=1198 Where do you see consent here?
