@Paradox You can't buy something if you don't pay the tax the store owner is required to collect. And if he fails to collect it or fails to hand it over to the gov't then we are back to the use of force. Right?

I'd say the gov't because just like your employer who deducts money from your paycheck it is not the employer taking your money but the gov't to which your employer hands over a portion of your earnings. Is that not correct?
