More than 95% of cops are out here doing their job. The closest thing to "corruption" you're going to find is a dumb cop that writes you a ticket for having a car freshener hanging from your mirror.
@stedly I was in KC one time. Exited the freeway and was driving thru what looked like a very nice neighborhood. Got about 2 blocks and realized I got off on the wrong exit. So I stopped to consult a map. About 2 mins later a black cop came up on me. He was pretty angry and wanted to know what I was doing in this neighborhood. I started to tell him I was lost and he said, "Boy we don't even send White cops into this neighborhood. You lucky you haven't already been killed. Now you follow me back to the freeway and don't ever come back here again."
The percent might be off. Either 2014 or 2015, whenever it was when people were very vocal about police shooting people unlawfully, there was more than 2000 lethal shootings by police officers. Only like 14 were found to be unjustified.
