2019-02-12 00:14:07 UTC

I'm all for uncontrolled immigration if there's no public education and no public welfare like it was when all these white folks invaded.

2019-02-12 00:14:19 UTC

Wages are depressed by automation and globilization

2019-02-12 00:14:45 UTC

https://www.npr.org/2017/08/04/541321716/fact-check-have-low-skilled-immigrants-taken-american-jobs
It is true that wages for low-wage workers have declined — they fell 5 percent from 1979 to 2013. That may not seem like a huge drop, but during that same period, the hourly wages of high-wage workers rose 41 percent,

2019-02-12 00:14:46 UTC

it's in my links

2019-02-12 00:14:49 UTC

@The Yellow King A single illegal alien mother with 2 school age kids will cost the local community about $30K in education costs per year. So ignoring all other costs that single illegal will cost $2.5 million to educate those two kids. If she makes less that $150K per year it is a net loss for the community.

2019-02-12 00:15:10 UTC

@RekItRalph I don't believe its that simple

2019-02-12 00:15:16 UTC

That NPR article says exactly what I said

2019-02-12 00:15:18 UTC

@RekItRalph china is going up and up

2019-02-12 00:15:26 UTC

Don't care about China

2019-02-12 00:15:43 UTC

@RekItRalph Then I dont care about your facts

2019-02-12 00:15:45 UTC

It absolutely does not, it says there is debate on if your statement of fact is true

2019-02-12 00:15:52 UTC

Of course you don't care about the facts

2019-02-12 00:15:55 UTC

@CasualSailor I refuse to believe that it costs $15,000/year to educate a kid in a world where teachers make $50,000 tops to educate 30 kids, but the point stands.
