Go to the doctors, get a physio assessment. They'll tell you where you are healing-wise, and how much you should be using if you're good to pick it back up @Arabman123
I didn’t get diagnosed in the first place
But I definitely had some shin problems
Any time I’d run they’d hurt so much that my knees would buckle
Don't need to. Go to them, say you had an injury a while back and you need an assessment on its healing before you can start lifting again. They'll understand fully
