and you get it from not exercising
gain, loss or fluctuation.
It's very hard to lose weight once you get it
If under medication
the law of nature is use it or lose it
if you don't need your thyroid it doesn't work as hard
do more shit
@Blackjack Yeah I looked into it and it said gained, like I said don't really know too much, I may be completely wrong all I know is that it is harder for me to gain without a massive change in my diet, which has happened.
Nah hypothyroidism can just happen
Even for a healthy individual
So don't go making conclusions
Kai I know weigh the most I have in a long while.
it can, but it's rare
@Dino tbh m8 if you’ve got a condition hindering you weight gain it just means you’ll have to commit even harder to your diet/exercise.
it's vastly more common in nonactive people
@Blackjack Oh yeah I get plenty of help from parents and such when it comes to diet and do exercise everyday.
In my experience
*gonna need some evidence for that claim there*
and then bam, hospital
Evidence for?
I honestly think shrek 5 wont happen
ok
For the claim it's more common in nonactive people
We need shrek 5.
god i fucking hope not
No
We need it.
@Dino I said commit, that means calorie count every thing not just eat well
We need quality films
Shrek 5 will save the world.
Shrek 5 wont happen
It really will
@Dino hire a personal trainer for a few months, see how that helps
Show your wife how you won medals down in flanders
Yeah I'll look into all that, a lot of my family are huge into exercise might see about getting into contact with them.
I want a personal trainer @Blackjack
They might know people and all that.
