@Aya Not exactly true, the weight loss is marginally faster cause of shit to do with insulin, but the muscle maintenence is iirc due to general protein intake.
Nuts and grains do have fat in them

I'm eating whatever my university s cooks most of the days and sometimes I cook some chicken and broccoli but like 1-2 times per two weeks
when I cut with normal diets ont he same calorie deficit, my loss is 1.3x slower than ketoing, and I always lose more muscle

measuring body composition is very sketchy though, even hydrostatic testing varies quite a bit from test to test.
