I find it hard to trust a relationship partner. It wreaks havoc, even now, because even when I'm told that I'm loved and he's not going anywhere there's a voice in the back of my head that says "he's lying he's just using you and the second the burden you are outweighs what he can get from you he'll drop you like a stone"
