There’s nothing in the actual fossil record to even suggest such a thing. The fake cartoon record, with mixes of ape, pig, and human bones, isn’t a record.

2020-02-03 08:30:53 UTC

@Derek Nelson your telling me the fossil record is a mix of pig and monkey bones

2020-02-03 08:32:12 UTC

The fake cartoon one, yes.

2020-02-03 08:32:17 UTC

uh, hi? i'm new

2020-02-03 08:32:32 UTC

this seems kinda intresting, what is the debate about?

2020-02-03 08:32:44 UTC

There is no debate.

2020-02-03 08:33:05 UTC

A fossil record where humans and apes share a common ancestor doesn’t exist.

2020-02-03 08:33:08 UTC

@Derek Nelson prove your so called space daddy

2020-02-03 08:34:39 UTC

Not only are there not millions. There are literally none.

2020-02-03 08:36:11 UTC

Bones that have been discovered, have either been entirely ape dna, or entirely human dna. No in betweens.

2020-02-03 11:36:38 UTC

Well for fosiles to form it needs to be under very specific circumstances. And we have so much evidence for the "between species" so we don't need millions of fosiles @Derek Nelson

2020-02-03 11:40:08 UTC

I don’t see evidence supporting species in between humans and apes. Perhaps we can agree to disagree? Have a good day.

2020-02-03 11:52:26 UTC

Well we can clearly see the similarities between us and primates and that allone shows that it's very possible we chare an common ancestor with primates

2020-02-03 12:02:49 UTC

We share a common creator. That I will concede to.

2020-02-03 15:03:55 UTC

is that a joke

2020-02-03 15:03:58 UTC

simple

2020-02-03 15:06:41 UTC

tens of thousands of yers ago when all you had was your body as tools people who didn;t have the tools to survive died so their genes were not passed on but people who did did pass their genes on changing the genes of the people alive otherwise how could some races like neanderthal get wiped out if we were exactly the same

2020-02-03 15:07:32 UTC

and by the way St Augustine of hippo widely considered one of the greatesst christian thinkers did not believe in creationsim

2020-02-03 15:08:00 UTC

That or that the earth was flat

2020-02-03 15:08:16 UTC

or that it is supposedly 600 years old

How convenient of you to completely ignore this isn’t a topic about genes changing. You need a way to add genes for evolution to even be possible. (It’s not possible, so this concludes this riveting discussion.)

2020-02-03 16:52:42 UTC

duplicating a gene and changing it creates a new gene

2020-02-03 17:12:48 UTC

@Derek Nelson have you heard of cell devition?

2020-02-03 17:13:57 UTC

Changing an already existing gene, is the same gene. @Σ5

2020-02-03 17:14:38 UTC

Gene mutation is also not a substitute for additional genes.

2020-02-03 17:14:39 UTC

Heard of mutations?

2020-02-03 17:14:51 UTC

well its random

2020-02-03 17:15:58 UTC

Spare me word play. You guys can’t explain it without twisting words.

2020-02-03 17:16:02 UTC

let gene Y = [UGACCCAU]
dupolication mutation
Y and Y'
you now have [UGACCCAU][UGACCCAU]

2020-02-03 17:16:15 UTC

do some letter based mutations

2020-02-03 17:16:18 UTC

You do not have a way to add new genes.

2020-02-03 17:16:23 UTC

Period.

2020-02-03 17:16:35 UTC

[UGACGGAU][UGACCCAA]
you now have 2 DIFRENT genes

2020-02-03 17:16:47 UTC

Go get your Nobel prize then.

2020-02-03 17:16:59 UTC

gene duplication is known to occure

2020-02-03 17:17:08 UTC

and letter based mutations

2020-02-03 17:17:18 UTC

Duplication is the same gene.
