When the image came from a camera that did a 360 degree panorama, and saw nothing but flat at 120,000 feet, when globers claim you can see earth curve at the surface is ludicrous.

2020-02-10 00:23:25 UTC

did this camera use a fisheye lens

2020-02-10 00:28:10 UTC

Tbh, I’m not sure. Even if it did. When the camera is level, that’s the most accurate shape of the earth. Since we already know that you can’t turn a convex shape concave with a wide angle lens.

2020-02-10 00:28:29 UTC

Who’s we

2020-02-10 00:28:41 UTC

People who acknowledge reality.

2020-02-10 00:29:15 UTC

And not superimpose fake imagery over verifiable repetition.

2020-02-10 00:30:43 UTC

the camera being level has nothing to do whether or not there's distortion

2020-02-10 00:31:17 UTC

Well

2020-02-10 00:31:36 UTC

There would be distortion but not at the horizon

2020-02-10 00:31:54 UTC

that's only if the horizon is the target

2020-02-10 00:32:04 UTC

Well yeah

2020-02-10 00:32:07 UTC

Oh

2020-02-10 00:32:31 UTC

Just ignore me

Nice strawman

2020-02-10 00:33:13 UTC

It’s not a strawman.

2020-02-10 00:33:22 UTC

You genuinely believe fake photos of earth.

2020-02-10 00:33:56 UTC

Not fisheye lens ones

2020-02-10 00:34:35 UTC

That’s what almost every photo of a sphere earth is if it isn’t CGI.

2020-02-10 00:35:00 UTC

Every single time.

You make assumptions about what pictures we think don’t have a fisheye effect

Okay

2020-02-10 00:36:52 UTC

Did I say there wasn’t a fisheye effect?

2020-02-10 00:37:08 UTC

Don’t make assumptions

2020-02-10 00:37:14 UTC

Why the hell do fisheye lenses have to be used for the horizon to generate what you want?

2020-02-10 00:37:32 UTC

@Superiorna_Artiljerija That’s not the argument.

2020-02-10 00:37:35 UTC

You’re not listening to me

2020-02-10 00:37:59 UTC

@Superiorna_Artiljerija The argument is, show a convex surface turn concave. (The opposite direction.)

2020-02-10 00:38:27 UTC

Like what we see with these other high altitude wide angle lens videos do.

2020-02-10 00:39:10 UTC

I never said that the high altitude videos don’t use a fisheye lense, so don’t strawman

2020-02-10 00:39:35 UTC

You’re not answering why they are using those.

2020-02-10 00:40:04 UTC

That’s not the point. My point is stop strawmanning

2020-02-10 00:40:28 UTC

It’s not a strawman. When that’s what they are using to convince the masses.

2020-02-10 00:40:37 UTC

I am not the masses

2020-02-10 00:40:43 UTC

You’re not using anything.

2020-02-10 00:40:55 UTC

Show me curve that doesn’t use fisheye, or CGI.
