Gravity
How would gravity work on a flat earth? It would be impossible
They say the aether does it
And god created the earth
I have yet to see an atheist flat earther
@Cane's Chicken X15 ok vsauce
?
You're one?
I got a question then - how'd the flat earth form?
Most of you guys say god is the answer
Wait...people think Nukes are fake?
That’s- wait, really?
People actually think nukes are fake?
That's, uh...
...I lose faith in humanity each day.
Quite impressive dissonance.
Granted, so are other things, but that in particular is very peculiar.
What was the cold war if nukes are fake people?
They'd probably argue that the USSR, NATO, and US were all in on the Conspiracy
The ussr and nato were best friends
For every query, you can make up *some* explanation.
Doesn't have to make much sense or have any evidence...our minds can figure out the gaps.
Naw I stumped people on religious questions before
We're very good at protecting ourselves from realizing where we contradict ourselves, our mind at least.
The best one that people couldn't answer was where did god come from
Heh.
Ironically, even I am religious. But I'd hope that doesn't throw me into the same pile.
Nope
If you think it should be in politics or treat the scritpures literally instead of metaphorically then yes
Thats what I'm against
If I was a serial killer, this would be my argument against god: Is he willing to stop me, but not able?
Then he is not omnipotent.
Is he able, but not willing?
Then he is malevolent.
Is he both able and willing?
Then why am I still alive?
Is he neither able nor willing?
Then why call him God?
I am mostly for whatever allows the most people to practice whatever they themselves believe, regardless of who it is.
And yeah, for you Saturn, I don’t care what you believe in as long as you don’t go out of your way to try and convert people
Like some nut job.
Religion and spirituality is part of being human, I get that.
I support the 1st ammendment except for the right to protest, I like it when I can go places in cities on highways without people standing there yelling
As long as people don’t force it on others, it’s fine.
That includes religion
I think people absolutely have the right to protest, but the question is to what extent can those rights infringe on the well-being of others.
