Incompatible molecules will try and resist integration with the other, but regardless of this it is not a homogenous mixture due to some "slipping" past molecules of a different type

This creates a non-reactable and inert area of the fluid we call the boundary layer.

You don't have to believe it is true, as I personally I know it is myself.

We could publish a paper on it, but the more pressing publications would be on the second experiment
