the teachers themselves are indoctrinated. the elites have done such swell job at swinging around the weight of authority to cement falsehoods as supposed fact. so its not like the teachers are *in on it* but they are serving the cause unknowingly

they have been telling this for over 3 centuries why are people just now starting to say the earth is flat

its the other way around. people "just now" relatively have been asserting round earth. also, time is not credibility

especially if you want to be consistent in your view that people were wrong about the shape of the earth for thousands of years

the amount of time people cling to a claim has no relevance as to whether its true or not

@Sombie Be aware of what you actually acknowledge. Many times people say "yes" when I ask them If they believe water clings to a spinning ball. They also say "yes" When I ask them if the surface of water at rest remains flat amd level.

the earth is such a large object that there is a thing called gravity that holds water to it, and it will naturally go into a sphere like shape

the water sticking to a spinning ball wont get you anywhere because the globe model remains consistent with the concept/theory of gravity. things it cant explain however, are the curve calculations being wrong and non existent in real life observations

but the earth is probably thousands of times larger then the ball meaning it makes its own gravity we discused that that experiment is not viable to prove anything it just proves that a ball isnt big enough to have gravity. also science 101

i'm a flat earther but the "water cant stick to a spinning ball" argument should be avoided tbh. all you're gonna get is a barrage of parrots shouting gravity, and you'll end up with a stalemate at best
