the first part was correct. The Earth doesn't spin.
it's motionless
How does the night and day cycle work for flat earthers?
Ah so the sun is above us
Then how does a lunar eclipse work?
Did you just use ancient Israelite cosmology as scientific proof?
no. but Genesis is the most scientifically accurate book ever written.
It is a good book I’ll give you that
just depictions to help people visualize. scientifically, we cannot determine what is underneath
we've only drilled circa 8 miles
we can only measure a level surface
What percentage of flat earthers are Christian because being Christian myself I’m open to all manners of magic godliness and the divine
very good question. I'd love to do a survey. though you would need a history first. because I was atheist until I realized Earth's surface was level.
so...I don't believe Earth is flat because I'm a Christian. I'm a Christian because I realized it's flat
being a sailer and being a Christian come hand in hand sometimes most of my crew mates have been Christian aswell we used to pray to god to find our way back home when sailing back from Australia
And we’ve always made it back so I’m pretty sure a god exists
press 1 if you think earth is flat
they say there are no atheists in fox holes. probably applies to sailing too. The farthest I took my boat from shore is 3 miles. almost flipped it backwards going through an inlet once.

I have deep respect for the sea
I think if you don't, you shouldnt be out there
It’s an amazing place to be it’s just a quiet place you can relax and watch the sun set
Is there a role for Epstein didn’t kill him self
Sometime I miss being out there
yeah there is nothing like being on a boat. I miss it too. haven't been on a boat in about 10 yrs. since moving to switzerland
Disappointed
Yea but one thing I don’t miss is how cold it got at night
ah ok. I never spent the night at sea. just day tripping/fishing. only had a 22ft bay boat.
I wish I still had it and were back in NC. I'd love to see how far I could see a lighthouse with my P900
@Logrian when I’ve seen boats go off the boat doesn’t go far away it seems to go down if anything anyway I was never a big fan of fishing
