2020-03-06 17:25:54 UTC

Oh yes because everyone knows the radius of the earth

2020-03-06 17:26:05 UTC

But I wouldn’t mind knowing it is sounds fun

2020-03-06 17:26:09 UTC

2020-03-06 17:26:56 UTC

Yes because knowing the earths radius is common knowledge

Everyone knows that

The horizon is only a theoretical line

none of this will help if he doesn't know the supposed curvature of the Earth

2020-03-06 17:31:09 UTC

Why am I so dizzy

2020-03-06 17:31:23 UTC

I need new glasses

2020-03-06 17:31:50 UTC

probably all that spinning from the Earth....the solar system....the galaxy....

2020-03-06 17:32:15 UTC

The earth doesn’t spin at a speed which is noticeable by the human eye

2020-03-06 17:32:34 UTC

the first part was correct. The Earth doesn't spin.

2020-03-06 17:32:40 UTC

it's motionless

2020-03-06 17:32:52 UTC

How does the night and day cycle work for flat earthers?

Did you just use ancient Israelite cosmology as scientific proof?

2020-03-06 17:34:53 UTC

no. but Genesis is the most scientifically accurate book ever written.

2020-03-06 17:35:02 UTC

It is a good book I’ll give you that

2020-03-06 17:35:37 UTC

just depictions to help people visualize. scientifically, we cannot determine what is underneath

2020-03-06 17:35:41 UTC

we've only drilled circa 8 miles

2020-03-06 17:35:53 UTC

we can only measure a level surface

2020-03-06 17:36:08 UTC

What percentage of flat earthers are Christian because being Christian myself I’m open to all manners of magic godliness and the divine

2020-03-06 17:36:38 UTC

very good question. I'd love to do a survey. though you would need a history first. because I was atheist until I realized Earth's surface was level.

2020-03-06 17:36:59 UTC

so...I don't believe Earth is flat because I'm a Christian. I'm a Christian because I realized it's flat

2020-03-06 17:38:14 UTC

being a sailer and being a Christian come hand in hand sometimes most of my crew mates have been Christian aswell we used to pray to god to find our way back home when sailing back from Australia

2020-03-06 17:38:38 UTC

interesting

2020-03-06 17:38:42 UTC

And we’ve always made it back so I’m pretty sure a god exists

2020-03-06 17:39:08 UTC

press 1 if you think earth is flat

2020-03-06 17:39:22 UTC

they say there are no atheists in fox holes. probably applies to sailing too. The farthest I took my boat from shore is 3 miles. almost flipped it backwards going through an inlet once.
