2020-02-24 21:25:33 UTC

They were part of this weird cabal

2020-02-24 21:25:43 UTC

A lot of students weren't.

2020-02-24 21:25:50 UTC

it's possible to brainwash people

2020-02-24 21:25:52 UTC

look at the US

2020-02-24 21:26:02 UTC

a lot of Americans got brainwashed into hating themselves

2020-02-24 21:26:04 UTC

same in Europe

2020-02-24 21:26:10 UTC

and who's teaching them this bullcrap?

2020-02-24 21:28:25 UTC

@DrRisen the allies? depends which war were talking about. In ww2 you had 1 democracy 1 ''democracy'' and 1 (((democracy)))

2020-02-24 21:28:50 UTC

against 1 newly recovered auth state, 1 barely recovered auth state and 1 based auth state

2020-02-24 21:32:50 UTC

The US entering WWI was because of Wilsoniamism
WWII was because of string pulling in the US government.
funny thing is the US almost joined the Axis at some point.

2020-02-24 21:57:51 UTC

The citizenry is intergrated with the military seamlessly, as all fit males 16 and older were trained during high school, eligible females may apply for combat roles but most will be moved in support roles, such as hospital staff, admin work and maybe even combat medics. Limited conscription during peacetime, so virtually all citizens have served and are trained if needed to be called upon. Very similar to the south Korean, Estonian and other countries systems. Older population are trained in marksmanship and can direct guerilla ops or work in the factories.

@Ronin Yeeees, they pulled on so many strings that they stringpulled Japan into a sudden and deliberate attack.

2020-02-24 22:52:05 UTC

The US knew about that attack it, was covered up so the US would fight on the side of the axis.

2020-02-24 22:52:50 UTC

err against the axis

2020-02-24 22:53:00 UTC

@Ronin Yeah, they just *let* some of the most valuable ships in the fleet be sunk to go to war. Seems legit.

2020-02-24 22:53:29 UTC

the attacks didn't really do that much from what I read
Ships got sunk but it wasn't as devastating as Japan hoped.

2020-02-24 22:54:11 UTC

@Ronin It could have been worse, but it was still pretty bad. Our battleship numbers in the pacific were crippled.

2020-02-24 22:55:16 UTC

wasn't it like a few battleships?
My history class was pretty light on the pacific beyond what happened to our colonies.

2020-02-25 02:14:23 UTC

Yeah its exaggerated alot

2020-02-25 12:29:53 UTC

Pacific was cringe

2020-02-25 12:29:57 UTC

like 2 major battles

2020-02-25 12:31:12 UTC

The rest was curbstomping.
The most competent armies there were colonial security forces.

**QOTD 🔖 **
*How Will the new rule that bars immigrants and naturalization of immigrants who use welfare, effective today, effect the makeup, quantity and quality of immigration to the US?*

2020-02-25 14:41:44 UTC

still no things on assimilation

2020-02-25 14:41:50 UTC

theres not enough help on that subject

2020-02-25 14:43:35 UTC

we should encourage assimilation but american culture is built upon immigrant culture

2020-02-25 14:44:01 UTC

so i am not very pressed on the assimilation issue

2020-02-25 14:44:33 UTC

but the issue of barring people from citizenship based on welfare usage is stupid

2020-02-25 14:44:53 UTC

are you going to deport american citizens born in the US and in poverty and living on welfare?

2020-02-25 14:45:44 UTC

why should we treat immigrant "welfare leeches" any more different than american citizen "welfare leeches"

2020-02-25 14:45:56 UTC

and on the topic of welfare, immigrants have shown to pay taxes

2020-02-25 14:46:10 UTC

a good few billion

2020-02-25 14:46:22 UTC

so why should we restrict the items that they pay for?

2020-02-25 14:53:59 UTC

@Auriel Thats not the issue

2020-02-25 14:54:07 UTC

Immigration is going to drop 70%

2020-02-25 14:54:19 UTC

From a high in 2016 of 1.2M

2020-02-25 14:54:23 UTC

To 300,000

2020-02-25 14:55:05 UTC

And Europeans, with a quota system, would make up a good chunk of it
