Anarchy doesn’t have money.
bruh'
im boutta head out
sort yourself guy
The guys who are printing it will be rich.
Who prints the money?
The government?
Oh wait?
The printing machine prints the money, since it doesn't have any coercion imposed on.
Technically, at least here in the states, congress is delegated to coin and regulate money. But since congress has relagated this role to the Federal Reserve, with "oversight" by Congress, it is being printed by a private organization, rather than the Federal Government. So technically the Federal Reserve as it stands is unconstitutional. A private entity charged with the coin and regulation of the currency of the United States of America and her territories, with "oversight" by
Congress.
And the 10th amendment specifically says that "The powers not delegated to the Unites States by the constitution, nor prohibited by it to the states, are reserved to the States respectively, or to the people." So the Federal Government has not constitutional authority to establish the fed. But the states may establish their own state banks
Then form an interstate pact for the state banks to cooperate
I have a copy of the Constitution, Declaration of Independence, Articles of Confederation and all 27 amendments if you want any sourcing or other questions
But alas, I am but a 17 yo with suddenly too much time on his hands, so all interpretations are mine and mine alone unless specifically stated as being shared by contemporary experts (I.e. Supreme Court justices, lawyers, lawmakers, etc.)
But then again, a certain few lawmakers aren't really experts at anything at all.
Actually I have 2 copies of the Declaration of Independence
One framed and one in a book with the other founding documents
Isnt there an ammendment that stops people owning others this badly?
13th i believe.
The 13th limits slavery and involuntary servitude except as a punishment for crime they are duly convicted of. And states that in any other circumstance it shall not exist. Effectively outlawing slavery in the US.
Section 1 "Neither slavery nor involuntary servitude, except as a punishment whereof the party shall have been duly convicted, shall exist in the United States, or any place subject to their jurisdiction." Section 2 "Congress shall have power to enforce this article by appropriate legislation."
I'm just dropping in to say repeal the 19th
Ok, tyrant
I don't believe in democracy anyways. It's too vulnerable to subversion
Maybe, but I'm not up for discussion rn
