@lemiwinks yes through the Holy Spirit

2020-02-07 00:43:28 UTC

He does not come down in human form

2020-02-07 00:43:35 UTC

as that would be a contradiction

2020-02-07 00:43:55 UTC

as I said the Holy Spirit does all the communicating

2020-02-07 00:44:19 UTC
2020-02-07 00:44:29 UTC

like I said I studied Mormonism in school

2020-02-07 00:44:48 UTC

now ofc this was a baptist school so we were taught rebuttals

2020-02-07 00:45:08 UTC

however we studied the base doctrine

2020-02-07 00:45:24 UTC

and then used Scripture to then debunk said doctrine

2020-02-07 00:45:29 UTC

@moira the fact you keep calling it Mormonism means you've studied it from an outsiders perspective.

2020-02-07 00:46:05 UTC

And the most you've used to "debunk" is that revelations cheese. Which, in turn, I've debunked.

2020-02-07 00:46:47 UTC

how so, you believe the doctrine of Joseph Smith and read the book of **Mormon** right?

2020-02-07 00:47:09 UTC

and you have not debunked that "cheese"

2020-02-07 00:47:17 UTC

so far you have just dismissed it

2020-02-07 00:47:31 UTC

I have seen no proof that Revelations is lying

2020-02-07 00:47:42 UTC

He does come down in human form. He is resurrected and therefore has a resurrected body. When he pops in to say hi then of course he has a body

2020-02-07 00:47:44 UTC

and you except Revelations correct?

2020-02-07 00:47:54 UTC

so therefore you have a contradiction in your faith

2020-02-07 00:48:29 UTC

It's not a contradiction to accept revelation. It's false doctrine did not accept that God has always revealed

2020-02-07 00:48:38 UTC

@lemiwinks show proof please

2020-02-07 00:49:10 UTC

Revelations is correct. Yet, those lines do not contradict the BoM because if it did, those lines would discredit the Bible as a whole.

2020-02-07 00:49:14 UTC

Proof of what ? All of this is about faith. 100% of it is about faith. You can't prove anything. None of us can prove anything. That's what faith is so important.

2020-02-07 00:49:20 UTC

Faith in Jesus Christ is what it's all about

2020-02-07 00:49:43 UTC

There have always been Revelations and there always will be Revelations

2020-02-07 00:50:19 UTC

To what lines are you referring ?

2020-02-07 00:50:36 UTC

Each book in the Bible is an individual book as anyone that knows anything about the Bible knows

2020-02-07 00:50:44 UTC

so is proof not important?

2020-02-07 00:50:45 UTC

Lines in that book are about that book

2020-02-07 00:50:53 UTC

you can't just say he appeared without proof

2020-02-07 00:50:58 UTC

There cannot be proved otherwise faith is irrelevant

2020-02-07 00:51:04 UTC

and there will always be false ones.

2020-02-07 00:51:07 UTC

Faith is critical

2020-02-07 00:51:29 UTC

Everything is about faith. It's not about proof. If you must have proof of everything then you have no faith

2020-02-07 00:51:59 UTC

We can't prove that Moses parted the Red Sea. We can't prove that God appeared to Moses.

2020-02-07 00:52:04 UTC

ok so then I saw Jesus an hour ago and he said you were wrong. proof? nah just have fatith

2020-02-07 00:52:05 UTC

None of these things can be proven

2020-02-07 00:52:18 UTC

It's about faith exactly

2020-02-07 00:52:29 UTC

If you saw Jesus an hour ago then you have a personal relationship with him and that's your business

2020-02-07 00:52:38 UTC

You don't have to prove it to me

2020-02-07 00:52:46 UTC

I don't have to believe you but I might

2020-02-07 00:53:30 UTC

there is so much wrong with that
