From what I have seen. He wanted to make a woke terminator rpg but was not able to afford the rights so he did pick lovecraft even when he do not understand anything about it
He can't even grasp the fact that in lovecraft rpgs you don't have a good ending . All you have is a hollow stalemate where at the cost of your sanity and most of your friends, the end of the world is postponed until next week.

Well he can't read a book that a racist person did make. Even if he is a huge one himself.

Or if they are essentially using the books as a basis. And tbh, if the order is following the cartoon, the cartoon is more out of order of the books than the movies were.
one of my players has a broken leg and they are stuck in the middle of the forest. should healing spells be able to heal broken bone? or healing potions for that matter? or do they need more powerful magic, or something else? @Dust @galesteppes

obvious solution would be to fix the broken bone but give dex and str damage
not just something they can fix at a whim, there should be stakes at play

cuz atm their idea is to maybe give him a makeshift splint, and I'll half his speed and give him disadvantage on dexterity checks until they get to the big city
