In Greece Tax Evasion is a national sport

and the inspectors are all corrupt

you can pay them to be blind

and given all of the tiny islands

When the inspector comes to the island they just shutter all the dodgy busineses

and he inspects the few legit ones

the shuttered businesses are perfectly obvious

but he doesn't do those ones cus they're shuttered

a good 80% of the island is shut down
