This is the roast I cooked the other day

I hate cooking but I love food

mushrooms and ham in an 8 egg omelette with a shitload of cheese turns out well

Should've collected the meat juices and used them in a nice stock or stew.

mozzarella and a little of that less sharp cheddar

Also would've made pretty good gravy.

Cooked that with some garlic mash potato and roasted zucchini the other day
