no i think it's a bit different when you have a specific physical thing attached to it like a film that you are describing does, a feeling though thats getting into territory i doubt most people would be able to describe, like i could describe the feeling but what weight would those words hold to someone that hasnt experienced the same life as me

Let me give you a rundown on one of my fav films

a similar thought experiment would be to describe pain as opposed to a physical thing, quite hard to do

Gattaca portrays a world in the future that uses eugenics to give the best possible child for the next generation, inside of this universe the main character is a boy conceived not from eugenics but old fashioned love making in the back of a car. He tries to get into what would be the equivalent of NASA but he knows he doesn't have the physical capabilities of it but he has to overcome said trials to achieve his goal. Why I personally like the film and why I relate to it is my inferiority complex to my brother and his numerous achievements and the feelings of not being good enough in the eyes of my parents. I wanted the main character to achieve his dreams cause I personally want to do the same with my life

yeah gattica was a great film, i like it for the main reason it makes you question your own possibilities in the face of adversity and the struggle to overcome things tyo achieve a goal

I didn't try to embellish my personal opinion too much cause I felt like it'd take too much time

yeah and its the personal connection that holds the feeling, i dont have that personal connection so i dont hold it in the same regard as you, i dont know how to even choose the words for derscribing that

gattaca was truly a great film and always one i recommend to others, definitely made me think a bit
