yes
it was like the only series i actually finished.
Though a lot of the chemistry is bunk.
My favourite episode is where they are trying to Diagnose the donor lungs that are in quartine
and the blue color just means it is dirty haha.
they don't want to teach people how to make ice
I would teach people if anyone actually wanted to know.
chemistry isnt as fun as they portray it
I think it was The Hunt For Red October where they got the submarine too correct, and had to change it to something less accurate
its hours of staring a small samples in a mass spec
then trying to figure an answer
but getting nothing but noises
I think i already talked about how to make it in <#470907461315067904>
then sonicating the fucking tubing
then getting a small answer
then using a NMR and nearly dying
and a UVvis for fun
I have an old desktop NMR at my home lab but at my work we have a massive one.
yeah for someone who does economics
im pretty good at chemistry lmao
that's really cool.
mostly on CB5,6,7 and valinomycin
it was a circular shaped molecule, so it could carry ions
no one else did anything on it
but us
and some polish dude
could be used in medical field to deliver meds more accurately
I really need to find more info on it, cause it sounds great on a resume
even if im not chemistry
Macro cyclic molecules, very cool. I did some research in Calixarenes last year.
The Good Doctor is pretty good
I miss it honestly
some tiny part of me wants to ask if he wants me back to try
even though im not even science anymore
im stats science
i should have got a degree in chemsitry
but im too fucking stupid
too stupid for the 2nd year of calculus
I have a problem with some of the implications of modern statistical mathematics.
smart enough to go into calculus at least. haha
