at least get it checked, or like I said get a rheumatologist referral
I go with a fucking list of like "Alright fam I've not been here in 6 months here's a list of 19 things which have me upset, worried about my health or are making me feel not nice

I go to my GP and I'm like "hello I have weird pressure in my head on 1 side and it's been happening for 4 months, it's the exact same spot every time and I'm worried it might be a tumour"
