@NFK sinner just food for now

2019-01-23 05:09:49 UTC

then add 350ml of water (dont need to weigh just measure

2019-01-23 05:10:13 UTC

once it has no real flour on it, cover it with plastic wrap and let sit for 24 hours

2019-01-23 05:10:23 UTC

24, not 16, not 20, 24 at least.

2019-01-23 05:10:38 UTC

I might dead ass do this recipe @soup dad

2019-01-23 05:10:41 UTC

Then, you should either place it in the fridge for up to 4 more days

2019-01-23 05:10:45 UTC

or use it as is

2019-01-23 05:10:54 UTC

I personally did the fridge for 2 days and it was amazing

2019-01-23 05:11:03 UTC

this dough is slightly sticky, but not terrible

2019-01-23 05:11:25 UTC

flour a surface, and start patting both sides with flour (you want flour on the outside, not inside)

2019-01-23 05:11:52 UTC

and stretch the dough out to a mostly cicular shape ( dont use a pin unless you are a candy ass, use hand and look up, its easy to do)

2019-01-23 05:12:07 UTC

The dough should be really springy and should stretch without ripping as long as you dont go hard on it

2019-01-23 05:12:38 UTC

I see

2019-01-23 05:12:40 UTC

Should mention should cut the dough up into fourths, and you can freeze what you dont use for later (freeze before flouring it

2019-01-23 05:12:51 UTC

or store in fridge for like max a day

2019-01-23 05:12:58 UTC

more than 4 days will make it too yeasty

2019-01-23 05:13:02 UTC

Why freeze?

2019-01-23 05:13:13 UTC

you can thaw letter

2019-01-23 05:13:15 UTC

and use it

2019-01-23 05:13:20 UTC

in cause you dont use all of it (you wont )

2019-01-23 05:13:32 UTC

you can freeze a lot of doughs for later @NFK sinner

2019-01-23 05:13:35 UTC

Why not just make less dough

2019-01-23 05:13:39 UTC

you can

2019-01-23 05:13:47 UTC

Unless you knew you’d make something else the next day

2019-01-23 05:13:54 UTC

because sometimes you want fresh bread but you don't want to mix the dough and clean up

2019-01-23 05:14:30 UTC

morning lads

2019-01-23 05:14:43 UTC

@Hob congrats on the promotion

2019-01-23 05:15:03 UTC

he got it a while ago mate

2019-01-23 05:15:13 UTC

place pizza shapped thing on some sort of pizza peel (its the wooden thing they slide in) I used a wooden cutting board, just whatever you use flour it with cornbread flour, so it doesnt stick to the thing you use to put into the oven

while you are getting shit together, turn oven to 450-500, and leave the cast iron pan / cooking stone in there and let it also get hot as fuck

2019-01-23 05:15:22 UTC

Cheers

2019-01-23 05:15:28 UTC

Also it's been like a month

2019-01-23 05:15:38 UTC

add topings, fold over, crimp it, cut some holes for steam, brush with a beaten egg, add to oven after about 30 mins of heating

2019-01-23 05:15:40 UTC

ye

2019-01-23 05:15:42 UTC

2019-01-23 05:16:05 UTC
