If you seriously can’t carry around a laptop then you have other problems
I dont even wanna know what instant gratification like that does to kids
I fear the coming generation
I think it's actually helped me introduce my son to games at a pace where he appreciates value and is protected, rather than it being a hindrance
same
Gen Z are the most conservative gen since ww2 I heard.
Got that goin for us
I don't see the need in carrying a laptop when my ipad serves its purpose in the niche I've geared it to.
If millennials are entitled, I don’t want to know what kids growing up nowadays are going to be like
I got cousins with kids and they sit em with an ipad for hours and I consider calling child protective services every time I see it
Giving money to Apple in any capacity is a mortal sin
What 2004 ass laptop do you have? Heavy? It's like 5lbs maxm
thing is if gen Z can maintain some central liberal tenets that have become normalised (ie. leaving each other alone, freedom of speech, etc.) while still being conservative, good luck to them
How can they not play with their children?
Parents nowadays often have kids accidentally and resent their presence
I mean hell if you need a touchscreen, I got a nice thin light laptop that has a touchscreen that I can carry to classes
cheaper than an ipad too
So they give them gadgets to pacify them
I don't see why people think Gen Z is most conservative since WW2
Like
???
I mean it's the same with TV except it has the added detriment of being interactive in the worst possible way
I love my accident, I just hate his mother
It fits its niche. I got the right apps and the right equipment to go with, and the only thing I needed to buy was the stylus.
I honestly think there should be an age limit to technology use
A lot of parents nowadays are completely loveless
<:OOF:439608033929330689> too real
like it should be illegal to do what parents do these days
**JUSTIFY MOAR**
pre boomer generation parents were pretty loveless
Boomer chat hours
Me and my boys do things outside together. My youngest knows what plants to avoid touching already. His brain is more wrinkled than mine.
they employed the belt way more than hugs, let me put it that way
You have a sonic pfp kill your self
I think my parents kinda knew it was a waste of time keeping me away from technology
kids used to play outside, completely unmonitored back then
I've always had a thing for it and they kinda knew it would be the career path I would go down n shit
Like I grew up playing video games but I still did it with friends

yeah it's a social thing
I wasn't really one for tech when I was little, just books.
