Leave on while I go to work and come home and it's ready to eat
Anything is better slow cooked
Prepare the shit the night before and chuck in the fridge. Morning of, chuck in pot and turn on before you leave. By the time you're home it's ready to put straight in your face
or i'll just carry on as i am lol

For us
i would be satisfied if i never had to spend a minute in the kitchen
I am overweight and I have issues not overeating. I have 1-to-2 chances to eat per day, so every time I have one I(pun intended) go ham.
Thinking about doing some sports.
I eat when I'm sad. And bored. And angry. And every other possible time.
Except for when I'm *actually* hungry.
I stress eat
A lot
i forget to eat breakfast sometimes
I either stress eat or stress starve
There is no in between
I tend just to have dinner but a fuck load of it
