@hcaez I was actually referring to their victims being oversensitive and not caring about their perspective. But you are right, both parties have sensitivity issues. Don't get me wrong, there is no excuse for bullying... But what I was saying was that bullies are victims too... Their bullying is a way of letting their frustrations out. Understanding this makes it easier to deal with them... But the victims are too pathetic and insensitive to think past the fact that they have been wronged. They think that the bully is the problem and must be punished instead of realising that the bully is a symptom of a problem... True, the behaviour must be punished, but the problem needs to be solved to... And the problem is the cause of the bullying, not the bullying itself...
