What drives the market?

2018-11-07 08:39:39 UTC

No damn clue

2018-11-07 08:39:39 UTC

yes you do, under socialism if you don't work the state has no obligation to serve you.

2018-11-07 08:40:18 UTC

"offshored"l "automated". Difference?

2018-11-07 08:40:24 UTC

there would be no markets under socialism, there would be no need for competition as all these engineers and such workers would be employed to serve the state, which gives the state more resources to function

2018-11-07 08:40:38 UTC

@Fere Nemo when did I say they were in any way had correlation?

2018-11-07 08:41:50 UTC

@Leiro レイロ Actually when you get rid of competition it gets rid of a purpose to work harder. Like if you're running a race with nobody, what's the damn point. There is no motivation, thus resulting in a slowness of progress (and if this was capitalism, a tremendous lack of profit)

2018-11-07 08:42:31 UTC

Which is what puts other people at a bigger advantage than you, but in socialism that cant happen because theres no competition to begin with

2018-11-07 08:42:49 UTC

there would be lol, it would be like "why do I have to work 12 hours a day if I can work two?", under socialism innovation makes your labour expended more productive, and thus people will be working lesser than they used to

2018-11-07 08:42:54 UTC

and this could be argued to be a stump, blocking point in technology

2018-11-07 08:42:57 UTC

look at innovation in the USSR

2018-11-07 08:43:14 UTC

and yes, capitalism will hit a plateau when it comes to innovation

2018-11-07 08:43:26 UTC

there would bi no innovation if it isn't profit ale

2018-11-07 08:43:35 UTC

Please read a book.

2018-11-07 08:44:36 UTC

lol, mises is a freaking thinktank

2018-11-07 08:45:17 UTC

@TheBestGangster so, the problem with the profit motive is that innovation will cease when it isn't profitable

2018-11-07 08:45:34 UTC

LOL!

2018-11-07 08:46:52 UTC

mises is like Ben shapiro put on paper

2018-11-07 08:47:59 UTC

Now where you reach a point where innovation will cease when it's not profitable, yeah sure if the product sucks

2018-11-07 08:48:04 UTC

"LOL" is a modern idiom for the mind numbed "emperor's new clothes" progressive dumbfuckery.

2018-11-07 08:48:15 UTC

LOL

2018-11-07 08:48:52 UTC

no it isn't, it isn't about product sucking, are smartphones, tvs, medicine, everyday household electronics products that suck?

2018-11-07 08:49:10 UTC

it ceases to be profitable when you can't produce profit from it, even if its a good thing.

2018-11-07 08:49:20 UTC

or for the common good

2018-11-07 08:49:48 UTC

Then... uh.... don't buy it? (dumbfuck)

2018-11-07 08:50:23 UTC

Well if its a good thing, thats up to the consumers to decide

2018-11-07 08:50:30 UTC

If the product sucks, then its not a good thing

2018-11-07 08:50:41 UTC

then maybe it should not have been sold in the first place

2018-11-07 08:51:26 UTC

Sure, capitalism uses dumb shits as a sort of battery, but what does socialism use?

2018-11-07 08:52:08 UTC

Capitalism lol

2018-11-07 08:52:23 UTC

lol

2018-11-07 08:52:46 UTC

THAT IS NOT AN ARGUMENT DUMB FUCK.

2018-11-07 08:52:49 UTC

no it isn't, this is nothing about the product sucking, has nothing to do with it, scroll upwards and I stated why innovation will be unprofitable due to a abundance of commodities driving down prices

2018-11-07 08:53:07 UTC

if a product sucked, it would fail from the start

2018-11-07 08:53:15 UTC

(kinda like socialism)

2018-11-07 08:53:23 UTC

no, sorry that isn't a argument

2018-11-07 08:53:42 UTC

look up on revolutionary catalonia

2018-11-07 08:53:52 UTC

socialism, anarcho communism and anarcho syndicalism worked there

2018-11-07 08:54:19 UTC

you just ignored my argument again, because youe point about products sucking is wrong.

2018-11-07 08:54:22 UTC

"IF A PRODUCT SUCKS IT WOULD FAIL FROM THE START" = Capitalism
