Well the problem is that a lot of rape accusations don’t get written as false accusations by cops if after question the person they seem unreliable

So the few the slip through are ones that passed initial scrutiny

If anything that’s a good thing that it’s only 2% but I remember a study (I’ll show it when I get home) that looked at two towns that by law required a full investigation they found it was 41%
