The role of government is to provide security for the people

The government was never supposed to be what it is now

And it shouldn’t

Obviously you need certain things

The entire constitution was intended to be updated every 75 years or so so that’s not a huge point, governments are supposed to adapt.

Pretty much 90% of the government alphabet soup

Social security though, do you know how expensive it was to deal with homeless elderly people before social security? It has saved us money

As have food stamps

Not sure about the EPA but I don’t trust companies to not fuck up our natural resources

But do you think the government does a good job?

There’s so many loopholes

If something doesn’t work properly, you fix it

And companies who get blocked by the EPA would just leave

I’d rather have fewer jobs and a clean world

If anything that’s the argument for improving the EPA

And should be worked on
