You can try and spin it all you want, but Communism fails. Socialism fails and will fail as well. Putting democratic in front of a word doesn't change it.

The only reason government control failed is because that people who cannot manage it were implaced.

You want to raise the minimum wage? Everyone will stay at the bottom because they're happy about their earnings, you have to work your way up there, and taxing the rich is ridiculous, I'm not going to start from the bottom and go to the top just to get taxed, I'll just stay at the bottom with low taxes and a high minimum wage.
