Amazon pays a very small percentage of taxes, and it's bosses pay a very small percentage of taxes, and ironically, AOCs plans would not change that at all.

Amazon isn't the only one being taxed here, it's employees are being taxed too
also there's the fact that Amazon pays a lot through stock, which we know capital gains are taxed differently
then there's also the fact that Amazon is operating basically at a loss
they reinvest their money to grow the company, better that than more payout or holding on to it
like if you look in the risk factor portion of the 10-K, you see that "11 billion profit" dwindle quickly
