There is the Arca OS thing that's basically a reverse engineered version of OS/2 with some security patches and a duct taped on OS/2 desktop shell. It costs $99 for a home version though, and there's nothing on the usual public trackers because it was launched not long ago, maybe a couple of weeks ago.
