that would be struggling

2018-12-27 19:53:50 UTC

which it is not the case

2018-12-27 19:53:56 UTC

So Bernie would be wrong

2018-12-27 19:54:06 UTC

Also fuck mobrule

2018-12-27 19:54:10 UTC

Sorry 5.50 dollars a day

2018-12-27 19:54:29 UTC

Relative poverty is 15% but again thats due to the fact the median income is 60k

2018-12-27 19:54:44 UTC

so that 15%, 90% of them would be upper middle class by the worlds standards

2018-12-27 19:54:56 UTC

“over 40% cannot afford the basics to live.” Which turned out to be 40% of Americans (not more) can’t afford one basic necessity. He is correct, and you are saying other statistics that are also correct

2018-12-27 19:54:57 UTC

Opinionated surveys are misleading and propoganda

2018-12-27 19:55:03 UTC

"

2018-12-27 19:55:08 UTC

No they can afford necessities

2018-12-27 19:55:16 UTC

They cannot afford one basic necessity

2018-12-27 19:55:17 UTC

They just base "necessities" such as iPhone X's

2018-12-27 19:55:19 UTC

Read dude

2018-12-27 19:55:21 UTC

or the latest Samsung TV's

2018-12-27 19:55:25 UTC

it's opinionated

2018-12-27 19:55:27 UTC

I have read it

2018-12-27 19:55:30 UTC

it's misleading and propoganda

2018-12-27 19:55:35 UTC

Alright you’re not wanting to read I can’t do anything for you :/

2018-12-27 19:55:37 UTC

Sorry friend

2018-12-27 19:55:38 UTC

I read it

2018-12-27 19:55:42 UTC

It's literally a survey

2018-12-27 19:55:44 UTC

You really didn’t

2018-12-27 19:56:06 UTC

Clearly you didn't

2018-12-27 19:56:09 UTC

it's a survey

2018-12-27 19:56:11 UTC

opinionated

2018-12-27 19:56:19 UTC

And considering the western world

2018-12-27 19:56:27 UTC

defines being poor as not having an iPhone X

2018-12-27 19:56:31 UTC

it's very unreliable

2018-12-27 19:56:50 UTC

but the actual emperical data shows 2% of the population below $5.50 PPP a day in the US

2018-12-27 19:57:01 UTC

that would be "barely meeting basic necessities"

2018-12-27 19:57:32 UTC

I mean pretty sure the 40% has income ranges in the 70 thousands

2018-12-27 19:57:33 UTC

or such

2018-12-27 19:57:40 UTC

so if they won't meet basic needs, it seems sketchy

2018-12-27 19:58:53 UTC

How on earth is this a problem? Firstly income inequality is literally a nothing issue , secondly if we didn't have income inequality. Things like plane faires etc would be very high or probably wouldn't exist

2018-12-27 19:59:02 UTC

Infact many things right now wouldn't exist

2018-12-27 19:59:07 UTC

Bernie is just clueless

2018-12-27 20:03:19 UTC

*Back to your study again*
**"Some 39.4% of adults said their families had trouble meeting at least one basic need for food, health care, housing, or utilities last year. "**
Notice how this is only "one need", the most probable situation would be healthcare because the healthcare industry is an effect of socialism. The other needs are definitely met well.

And again as I said, their "needs" may be total anecdotal . For example, a food basic need may be not going to luxury restaurants or the "housing basic need" may be not living in a 600k house

2018-12-27 20:03:31 UTC

It's purely based on opinion as it's a survey with no specific parameters

2018-12-27 20:04:22 UTC

So Bernie would be wrong in reality, as in "40% of Americans do not meet basic living necessities" is flat out wrong
